What will you be doing?

As a Business / Functional Analyst, you represent Oxygen at our clients and work with project teams to make the insurance sector more efficient, digital, and customer-focused. You take a critical look at existing processes and structures, identify bottlenecks, and design practical solutions to improve them. Acting as the bridge between business and IT, you translate business needs into clear IT requirements and define the functional specifications of applications. You actively support the implementation and optimization of new processes and facilitate change within the organization, ensuring that every stakeholder embraces the transformation and that each solution contributes to greater operational and strategic impact.

• Analytical mind combined with strong communication skills

• Languages. You have good knowledge of Dutch and French
