Medical Surgical Country Marketing Position


Country Marketing Specialist for Belgium/Netherlands
This role offers the unique opportunity to drive business growth and increase market penetration as a key member of our Medical Surgical Division team.
In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for localizing and executing integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the Belgian/Dutch market, leading efforts to generate qualified leads, developing local communication strategies, and managing participation in relevant events and congresses. You will also contribute to the marketing planning process and take ownership of the annual marketing activity calendar for Belgium/Netherlands, continuously monitoring and gathering insights on market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to inform marketing strategies.
To succeed in this role, we seek candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a product management or country marketing role within the healthcare industry, in-depth knowledge of the Belgian/Dutch healthcare system, proven expertise in marketing planning, product launches, and the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, strong organizational and influencing skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to cultivate effective relationships across teams.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and either Dutch or French, possess creative problem-solving skills, and have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. In return, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various internal departments to align on objectives with overall business goals, foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support business initiatives, and contribute to the development of the medical surgical division at Solventum.
