About the Role:

You'll join a workplace engineering squad responsible for delivering secure, stable, and high-performance Windows-based devices and services for a large user population. The role covers maintenance, security, patching, automation, and troubleshooting across desktops, laptops, and hosted virtual desktops.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and secure Windows desktops, laptops, and HVD environments
• Perform patch management, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening
• Troubleshoot issues with Windows OS, browsers, and GPO policies
• Build automation using PowerShell to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with teams to integrate workplace systems into wider IT ecosystems
• Provide technical support on Windows, browsers, and collaboration tools

Requirements:

• 2+ years in Windows infrastructure/system engineering
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, security principles, authentication & GPO
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Experience with Edge/IE/Firefox issues
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SCCM / Intune / Azure AD / M365
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile ways of working
• Large enterprise experience and support environment background
