Application Production Support


Application Production Support ensures the application production on both the technical and functional support part. He/she is the guarantor of the maintenance in operational conditions of the service. He/She ensures the smooth running of processes (batch, transfer, ...) and the proper functioning of applications (relevant business data, functional result, correct execution of application workflows ...). In a context of increasing changes, he/she manages the various releases on his/her perimeter. He/She intervenes not only in the event of incidents to restore service but also preventively through data analysis and automation to improve service quality and user experience. He/she acts as an expert with ITOps in particular on production and infrastructure requirements

Function description

Provide technical and functional support to users

Supervise the technical and functional components of the application Orchestrate and manage the various releases on its perimeter

Create and enrich the application's document repository.

Maintain operating procedures

Analyze, measure and improve the performance of the technical and functional components of the application in order to improve the user experience

Achieve technical integration of applications by leveraging existing products and services to reduce implementation time

Manage requests for functional evolutions


Education

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience

Requirement French Optional

Dutch Optional

English Good

Telework Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking


Required knowledge / Experience

Experience 2-3 years

Technical Experience Mandatory In-depth knowledge of IT operating tools as :

CA Automation SCHEDULER

MIDDLEWARE AXWAY TRANSFER CFT

PRODUCTION TOOLS Service Now Knowledge of infrastructures and technical tools as

LINUX OPERATING SYSTEM

IT SHELL LANGUAGE

MIDDLEWARE (ANSIBLE, MQ Series, NGINX, ...)

API MANAGEMENT

PRODUCTION TOOLS, DYNATRACE

JAVA/springboot troubleshooting

User support


Preferable Knowledge of IT production resilience procedures: DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan), BCP (Business Continuity Plan), HA (High Availability) ...

ITIL

Business Experience Mandatory Good business knowledge on its application scope.

Knowledge of IT and Cyber security

Management of production operations

Preferable Skills to be considered as an asset during the selection process.
