Responsibilities

• Migrate data from local NAS folders to SharePoint Online using the SharePoint Migration Tool (including after-hours and weekend work).
• Assist end-users with complex SharePoint Online issues such as broken document links, access management, and permissions.
• Provide technical support and guidance on SharePoint and O365 best practices.
• Deliver end-user training sessions.
• Contribute to Agile project workflows and collaborate with teams effectively.
