Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a maître position at house of FRANQ, located in the Antwerp Metropolitan Area. The maître position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the restaurant, ensuring that high standards of service and customer satisfaction are maintained. Duties include managing staff schedules, monitoring dining areas, stockcontrolling, making an interesting wine list, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a seamless lunch and dining experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant life, hospitality or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of high-end dining standards and customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus
• A passion for gastronomy and hospitality
