Role: Project Manager

Location: Brussels

Job Description:

• proven successful management of multiple EndToEnd major business technical projects involving IT development.
• Familiar with Agile Project management methodologies.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and handle conflicts interpersonal skills, diplomacy, serene debate.
• Can facilitate large meetings, workshops, and presentations to senior management.
• Accountable for delivering his epics on time, on budget and in scope with the needed quality to ensure a successful launch.
• and leads implementation of IT development initiatives, aligns the release planning, and proposes appropriate delivery slices and release slots.
• Has a good understanding of the business drivers and of the proposed technical solution, enabling him to challenge both business & technical teams to secure planning and budget.
• Efficiently communicates with the key stakeholders.
• Identifies risks and proposes mitigation plans.
