Talent Development Lead

We’re looking for a Talent Development Lead who will shape the future of learning, development, and internal mobility at Decospan.

Your role

You translate our business strategy into a strong and inspiring talent vision — ensuring every Decospan employee can develop their potential. You will:

• Design and implement a company-wide Learning & Development roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, especially in leadership and people development.
• Drive our annual Talent Review and Succession Planning processes, turning insights into tangible growth actions.
• Further strengthen our onboarding journey to ensure a warm and consistent welcome across all our locations.
• Build partnerships with schools, sector federations, and business networks to attract new talent and share knowledge.
• Bring our learning stories to life through the Decospan Academy and internal communication channels.

Who you are

You’re passionate about people and continuous learning. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and love turning ideas into tangible results.

You bring:

• Solid experience in Talent Development and Learning & Development.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• A good grasp of learning tools and digital platforms (experience with LMS is a plus).
• A natural curiosity for people and business.
• A drive to build a Talent Ecosystem around Decospan
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
