Project Manager – Industrial Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex industrial projects within the Project Engineering Department — from concept through to realization — across production facilities, infrastructure, and R&D environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical industrial projects (from idea to completion)

• Define project scope, deliverables, budget, and planning in alignment with stakeholders

• Assemble and manage multidisciplinary project teams

• Oversee technical design, tendering, and contractor selection (internal & external)

• Direct and monitor all resources and project execution

• Maintain strong communication with clients and manage scope changes

• Prepare and deliver reports to management and stakeholders

• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards across all phases

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing industrial projects end-to-end

• Minimum 7 years’ experience as (Project) Engineer (mechanical, electrical, piping, civil, etc.)

• Proven experience in the process industry

• Proficiency with MS Project and strong reporting/administrative skills

• Technical understanding of electromechanics or chemistry is a plus

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

• Hands-on, proactive, and structured project management mindset

• VCA-Vol certification required

• Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
