Job Summary

As a Business Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving key business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Conduct thorough analyses at the start of each project, mapping current processes and/or architecture.
• Identify needs and design optimized business processes with ease, turning complex situations into clear visual flows.
• Work independently and in teams to define optimal solutions and improvements.
• Play a key role during the implementation phase, following up closely with teams.
• Write functional specifications and coordinate them with the development team.
• For smaller projects, step in as project manager, including team coordination and planning.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships. A first experience as a business analyst, functional analyst, or solution architect is beneficial but not required.
