Senior Business Consultant - CSDM and SPM

Are you ready to make work flow better for organizations and people? At Plat4mation Belgium, we are looking for a Senior Business Consultant who can lead large-scale business transformation engagements around CSDM and SPM for our strategic customers in Belgium.

What will you do?

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them through ServiceNow business process transformations focused on CSDM and SPM.
• Lead workshops to analyze business challenges, define workflows, and align them with ServiceNow best practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories for development teams.
• Direct the execution of projects by driving agile ceremonies, ensuring clarity in goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with technical consultants and architects to guarantee scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, presenting and pitching tailored ServiceNow process solutions to prospective customers.
• Identify optimization and automation opportunities across customer engagements.
• Support customers during testing, go-lives, and post-implementation follow-up to ensure seamless adoption and satisfaction.

We ask:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT-related field;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business consulting or ServiceNow related projects;
• Strong understanding of business process design and ServiceNow implementation methodology;
• Deep experience with CSDM and SPM frameworks and their practical application in enterprise contexts;
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred; additional certifications like ITIL Foundation and Agile/SCRUM are considered a strong plus;
• Proven ability to manage requirements workshops and translate them into actionable user stories;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle complex discussions confidently;
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
