Senior Electronics Systems Engineer / Architect

TMC is looking for a passionate Senior Electronics Systems Engineer/Architect to strengthen our project teams working on cutting-edge technologies. You will play a key role in the analysis, design, integration, and validation of complex electronic systems within multidisciplinary environments.

What You’ll Work On

You will contribute to advanced embedded systems involving:

• Electronic control systems
• Computing and video processing
• Motorization and power management
• Effector control and system architecture

Your Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Support project teams in defining and implementing technical solutions
• Manage project modules including planning, reporting, and EBOM updates
• Coordinate technical exchanges across development teams and disciplines
• Lead internal and external design activities and maintain supplier relationships
• Organize and facilitate design reviews and cross-functional technical meetings

Product Development

• Analyze customer needs and translate them into technical specifications
• Evaluate feasibility and impact of new requests
• Define system architectures and interface strategies
• Produce architecture diagrams and technical documentation
• Adapt existing architectures to integrate new equipment
• Write equipment specifications and oversee prototypes and system testing

Project Support

• Provide technical expertise to purchasing, industrialization, and quality departments
• Prepare technical documentation for suppliers and subcontractors
• Participate in supplier meetings and ensure high-quality technical support

What You Bring

• Engineering degree in Electronics
• 3–5 years of experience in electronic systems design
• Experience in system architecture or engineering management is a plus
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical mindset and sound technical judgment
• Ability to manage technical projects autonomously within scope, budget, and deadlines
• Collaborative spirit with hands-on leadership skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Belgium and abroad
