Product Owner

G2 Recruitment is currently seeking a Freelance Product Owner to support a leading retail client in Evere. A Product Owner who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering customer-centric digital solutions. 12 Months Project & 2 days a week on site in Brussels

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and continuous refinement

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, operations)

• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria

• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Agile teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in retail or e-commerce environments

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English or French; Dutch is a plus
