Change Manager

What does your job as a Change Manager look like?

As a Change Manager you play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful change across our organization. You design, coordinate and implement change plans, resulting in higher levels of business involvement and smoother transitions. You take the lead in change management for high-impact programs and support its integration in smaller projects.

•  You analyze how initiatives affect different groups, assess their readiness for change and identify key stakeholders to support the transition;

• You work in close collaboration with our leadership team, actively coaching and inspiring them to embrace and apply the PROSCI methodology in their daily practices;

• Together with our communication experts, you drive the internal communication to increase adoption and understanding;

• You design, organize and lead workshops to support change initiatives (e.g. Ambassador Sessions, feedback/testing sessions…);

• You gather feedback on the change approach by actively contacting stakeholders and you adjust the approach according to their needs;

• You proactively identify resistance to change, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.

• You are part of a community of international change management experts within NN Group, where you can expand your skills, learn from others and share best practices.

• You can maintain a helicopter view.

• You have experience in change management, with a track record of developing. coordinating and executing change plans; knowledge of the PROSCI methodology is a plus.

• You have strong analytical skills and work in a structured way.

• You have a good command of Dutch, French and English, enabling you to communicate freely in the workplace.
