You'll be part of a large-scale Lean transformation within the ICT team, aligned with a broader ambition to boost the efficiency of internal services. Lean, in this context, means critically analyzing and improving processes to deliver maximum value with minimal waste. This initiative goes beyond ICT, it touches how the entire organization collaborates and communicates.

As an intern, you'll help design and implement a digital environment (using SharePoint) to streamline ICT requests. You'll map out processes, gather input from stakeholders, and translate these into practical solutions. You'll also test, document, and contribute ideas for future improvements.

This internship is perfect for students aspiring to grow into roles such as business analyst, process facilitator, or IT project coordinator.
