For one of our clients we are looking for a Transformation Manager who will be responsible for the following:
- leading the transformation of the Mid Office (MO) and implementing the optimization and digitization of daily operations.
- drive the transition from a customer-centric to an activity-based structure, implement new tools and processes, and ensure operational excellence at both the financial and operational levels
- report directly to the CEO and work closely with the CFO and the MSP Operations Director in a matrix structure to ensure strategic alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
- You'll have the autonomy to lead change, the support of a dedicated leadership team, and the resources to make a lasting impact.

What you will do:
- You will lead the transformation of the Mid Office from a customer-centric to an activity-based model.
- You will manage, guide, and coach a team of more than 7 FTEs, who will be divided over two subteams (MO Operations and MO Finance) during the transformation.
- You will implement new IT tools (workflow, email, and phone automation) to streamline operations and reduce manual workload.
- You will drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of all MO activities.
- You ensure financial accuracy and support the team with your extensive knowledge of invoicing, credit notes, and dispute management.
- You act as an escalation point and collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Finance, Controlling, Accounts Payable, Credit & Collection, and Front Office, to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- You foster a culture of accountability, continuous training, and assertive stakeholder management. You monitor KPIs and use dashboards to make data-driven decisions.
Must have skills:
- You have at least a bachelor's degree and preferably a Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in operational and/or financial management roles.
- You have thorough knowledge of invoicing, payment, and financial compliance processes and are familiar with the operation of MSP/VMS environments, accounting packages, and tools such as .NET, DocuSign, and workflow platforms.
- You are process-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- You are fluent in Dutch and can express yourself conversantly in French.
- You are able to lead transformations while safeguarding daily operational excellence, having demonstrable experience in this area.
- You are proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- You are a strong communicator who can engage, challenge, and align stakeholders at all levels.
