Business Development Manager – Belgium

SITEC Quality Group is a leading provider of manpower supply and technical services for EPC projects across Oil & Gas, Renewable, Marine, and Chemical Plant sectors. We are expanding our presence in Belgium and the Netherlands and are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead this growth.

Mission

Drive the commercial development of SITEC in Belgium and the Netherlands by opening new client accounts, managing strategic relationships, and strengthening the company's presence in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in the assigned sectors.

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs.

  • Commercial Offers: Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Administration teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on pipeline, performance metrics, and market insights to the HQ Business Development Manager.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or commercial roles within manpower supply or technical staffing for EPC clients.

  • Sector knowledge and technical competence: Deep understanding of Oil & Gas, Renewable, Marine, or Chemical Plant industries, and ability to understand client requirements, technical specifications, and project scopes.

  • Languages: Fluent in English and one local language (Dutch or French).

  • Location: Resident in Belgium or the Netherlands (no sponsorship)

  • Soft skills: Independent, entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, strong negotiation and communication skills.

Contract & Incentives
  • This is a fully remote role, so you can work from home with flexibility, attending client meetings as needed.

  • Payroll or Freelance contract with full operational autonomy

  • Performance-based bonus and commission structure

  • Clear KPIs and sales targets

  • First measurable results expected within 6–12 months
