Monitor and execute internal and external deliveries in accordance with safety, quality, cost and deadline requirements (OTIF). Assist the team in resolving issues related to OBD creation, such as GTS blockages, order holds or credit issue. Create and update OBDs (Outbound Deliveries) in SAP and collaborate with the Customer Care, Planning and Packaging teams. Coordinate operations with the MAG OUT and Inventory teams to ensure optimal flow and accurate stock levels. Participate in daily operational meetings with the Production, Planning, Quality and Packaging teams. Manage label printing (GS1, SSCC), process translation requests and ensure document compliance (e.g. SFDA authorizations) Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and propose concrete actions. Contribute to or lead small-scale continuous improvement projects. Support colleagues in developing their skills through mentoring and on-the-job training. Apply and enforce the site's QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) rules in all daily operations. Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems effectively. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
