Function:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission to attract and retain the best talents. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring.

Writing, monitoring and improving job offers to attract the best candidates.

Using your creativity to develop innovative methods of talent sourcing, particularly through Employer Branding and Digital Recruitment.

Actively participate in improving and designing new projects for the HR department.

Profile required:
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and committed Talent who:

Has at least 5 years' experience in recruitment or a similar position.

Bilingual FR/NL.

Has a good command of selection and interview techniques.

Excellent writing skills.

Enjoys working in a team and sharing new ideas.

Is autonomous, organised, rigorous and respects commitments
