Supervisor Housekeeping – Pairi Daiza

Pairi Daiza, Europe's most beautiful zoo, is looking for a hands-on housekeeping supervisor who ensures that every guest enjoys a spotless, warm, and comfortable stay.

As a supervisor, you make sure the hotels inside Pairi Daiza always shine — literally and figuratively. Together with your team, you help create unforgettable experiences for guests sleeping among bears, tigers, or walruses.

• Work alongside your team cleaning rooms and suites.

• Lead, motivate, and coach the housekeeping staff.

• Communicate daily with your team and clients.

• Manage schedules, planning, and quality control.

• Train and onboard new team members.

• Provide support in nearby hotels or lodges when needed.

• You have experience in (hotel) cleaning and enjoy both leading and working hands-on.

• You can easily commute to Pairi Daiza (Mons region) – only accessible by car.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Able to perform quality checks, train staff, and step in when necessary.

• Experience managing a team is a plus.

• Weekend work is not a problem for you.

• You communicate fluently in French or English.

A permanent contract (30 hours/week, full-time possible).
A competitive salary of €17.55 gross/hour.

Travel or bicycle allowance.
Weekend bonuses:

• €21.94/hour on Saturdays

• €35.11/hour on Sundays
