Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission delivered through Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be deployed at the client to lead a large-scale data migration program end to end. You will work closely with both Business and IT stakeholders to ensure scope, planning, budget, risk management, and governance reporting are executed rigorously under our consultancy model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pilot the migration program, including detailed planning, budget control, and risk management.
• Synchronize Business and IT, ensuring clear alignment across all stakeholders.
• Structure and manage work packages (lots) across streams and teams.
• Track estimates and workloads, ensuring reliable forecasting and capacity alignment.
• Produce governance reporting with transparent status, issues, risks, and decisions.

All of the above responsibilities will be performed on-site or in a hybrid setup as required by the client, under Keystone Solutions' consultancy framework.

• Proven leadership of data migration projects and programs.

• Hands-on agile practice (e.g., ceremonies, incremental delivery, adaptive planning).
