E-Commerce Intern

If you are passionate by eCommerce and curious to learn how this channel strategically supports the growth of a premium brand such as Nespresso we have an interesting 6 months challenge that will boost your career development.

As an eCommerce intern, you will strengthen the eCommerce team, by improving the content and the digital journey of the customers on the BELUX website and App.

Your Responsibilities:

•    Support the eCommerce team to launch new products (coffees, accessories & machines) on the different digital platforms (web & app) for BELUX
•    Contribute to the perfect launch of global and local campaigns in BELUX
•    Ensure product descriptions are consistent from one digital platform to the other (including mobile site and app), in all available languages
•    Ensure all visuals are up to date, web optimized and cleared from a digital rights prospective
•    Edit and update existing digital material (banners, web pages) to gain agility in managing digital assets, aligned with HQ guidelines
•    Assist the eCommerce Team to implement all eMerchandising activities as defined by the eCommerce Operations Manager
•    Participate in the development of our SEO strategy

A strong passion for the digital industry is highly valued, as it reflects a genuine interest in the field and its developments. Additionally, a deep affinity for digital technology and eCommerce practices is essential, as the intern will thrive in a fast-paced, digital-focused environment.

In addition, we are looking for:

•    You are Fluent in French and/or Dutch and have a professional level of English
•    You have completed or are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in eCommerce, Business Administration, Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field
•    You have strong communication skills
•    You are IT literate and proficient in the Microsoft Office Pack

•    Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus
