Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

Project Description:

• As part of the Sustainability & Circular Economy IT team, your first focus will be the implementation of the EURO 7 regulation.
• The Business Analyst role will require you to understand the business processes to be able to prepare the requirements for building a
• system that is aligned with business strategies and regulation.

As a BA, you will be responsible for :

• Working with the Business teams to break down the regulation into system functionalities
• Organising workshops with cross-functional Business members to visualise the E2E business processes (monojo sessions)
• Analysing and documenting logical relationships among data
• Work in close collaboration with the Technical Architect and Development team to ensure the team understands the requirements

• Ability to analyse requirements to ensure the success of a system
• Ability to handle complex projects simultaneously and collaborate cross functions in a self reliant manner
• Ability to work with onshore and offshore teams
• O365 (Teams, Sharepoint etc.) and Atlassian suite (Jira Cloud, Confluence etc.) skills
• Knowledge of Snowflake is a plus
• Past experience in ESG regulatory frameworks (ex. CSRD, EUBP, EUDR etc.)
