Join the Booking Team as Customer Support Agent (Dutch + English) Fully Remote

Position: Customer Support Agent (Dutch+ English)

Location: Remote / Athens, Greece

Start Date: 26th December 2025

Working Hours: Mon/Friday 10:00- 18:30 and Saturday/Sunday 11:00-7:30 Rotative

Salary: 1,500 x 14

Join the team as a Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English. You will help provide an exceptional customer experience, manage reservations, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Relocation Info (if moving from abroad):

• Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7 days before the start date for hiring documents.
• 3 weeks accommodation in a hotel close to the office.
• Up to 300 support for relocation (first payment).
• Legal support with hiring documents (candidates must provide required documents).

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries

• Manage and track reservation processes

• Solve issues and coordinate with relevant departments

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills

• Team player with excellent communication skills

• Flexible with working hours

• EU citizenship or full market access residence card
