As a Senior HSE Advisor (Level I), you will lead safety efforts across departments and international sites. You will act as a strategic advisor, mentor junior HSE colleagues, and ensure that company-wide safety goals and legal compliance are achieved and maintained. What You'll Do

As a Senior HSE Advisor (Level I), you will lead safety efforts across departments and international sites. You will act as a strategic advisor, mentor junior HSE colleagues, and ensure that company-wide safety goals and legal compliance are achieved and maintained. What You'll Do
- Take ownership of HSE strategy implementation across key business units
- Act as the main prevention advisor for selected projects or regions
- Conduct risk analyses, audits, and incident investigations
- Mentor junior prevention advisors and serve as their point of reference
- Lead the design and delivery of internal safety training programs
- Keep the company aligned with Belgian and international safety legislation
- Champion a proactive and preventive safety culture within the organisation
- Certified Prevention Advisor Level I
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HSE leadership role
- Strong expertise in both strategic planning and on-site execution
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Experience in the construction or industrial sector is preferred
- Willing to travel internationally as required
- Dutch – Fluent (Required)
- French – Good knowledge
- English – Good knowledge
