In this exciting role you are part of the Technology team that is responsible for all Technology related topics in the Belgian restaurants.

Ingredients of this internship

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technology intern to join our Technology team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team in planning, executing, and monitoring different IT related tasks/projects. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Your internship of at least 2 months, will be an exciting journey across different responsibilities.

• Support the Technology team in specific initiatives/projects like:
  • Laptop replacements headoffice
  • Directory automation
  • Working on Cybersecurity initiatives and disaster Recovery validations
  • Documenting best practice for restaurant IT procedures
• Assist in the coordination and follow-up of marketing and other campaigns, ensuring a qualitative delivery and launch across all technologies.
• Assist with end user technology support at the headoffice.
• Assist with validation of Restaurant technology and Infrastructure solutions.
• Work with staff for functional on boarding, including change management process implementation, report setup, and confirm and validate documentation.

Your Menu

To be able to thrive in this role, we believe you need to possess:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology (minimum 2nd year);
• Preferably native Dutch or French and fluent English;
• Multitasking, flexible, customer oriented;
• Highly organized, with an eye for detail and willingness to find solutions;
• An unstoppable motivation;
• Breadth of technical skills related to the hardware, software and IT infrastructure;
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and quality experience;
• Thoroughly and accurately understand issues and analyse the problem in a systemic fashion.
