Working in the TADA (Technical Administrative and Digital Aftercare) team:

You will be part of the TADA team, which consists of 3 Wyre employees and also supports 98 offshore employees. We implement activities and solutions based on guidelines from the Fiber & Coax teams; we help translate rules into operational reality and determine how solutions should be integrated into our GIS system, Marlin. Additionally, we handle the technical administration of the network construction in Marlin. This team provides targeted and accurate support to the entire network organization by processing incoming emails that reach our department via various channels.

Your responsibilities as an administrator:

• You consult with both internal and external people when there is ambiguity.
• You accurately record the necessary data in internal systems and ensure all administration is completed by the end of the project.
• You track projects, where technical knowledge is not required as this can be learned, but it is a plus.
• Administrative work with a dynamic and varied range of tasks.
• Processing emails and responding to various queries via email.
• Telephone communication occurs, but it is not the main focus of the role.

Our ideal administrator:

• You have a passion for administrative work with good knowledge of Excel.
• You are punctual and accurate.
• You are stress-resistant and flexible.
• You are communicative: you can easily consult with colleagues, external partners, etc.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English. If you speak French, that's a small bonus
• You enjoy working in a team.
