Technical Support Coordinator

Working in the Wyre Technical Support Team 



You'll be part of Wyre's technical support team, where you'll analyze and resolve technical and administrative issues from internal and external stakeholders. You'll collaborate closely with various teams and partners, and report on progress within agreed SLAs. Your work environment is technically challenging, customer-focused, and constantly evolving. 




Your Responsibilities as Technical Support Coordinator 

  • Handle technical issues and inquiries from wholesale partners and internal stakeholders, providing clear, solution-oriented feedback and instructions.
  • Perform system and material tests, detect technical problems, and escalate when necessary.
  • Monitor systems and processes daily, taking proactive action in case of disruptions.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and timely execution of interventions, including stakeholder follow-up and accurate billing.
  • Propose improvements to products, services, and processes, and perform proactive data clean-ups.
  • Support projects with your technical expertise, define system requirements, conduct business acceptance testing, and deliver training on new tools and innovations.
  • Manage operational infrastructure, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain the knowledge base.



Our Ideal Technical Support Coordinator 

  • Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Has at least 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Knowledge of telecom applications and experience with business acceptance testing are a plus.
  • Strong communicator and true team player.
  • Service-minded with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Eager to learn and quick to adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Customer-focused yet assertive when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in Dutch; good command of English is a plus
