2 Senior Business Analysts/Project Managers (nl/fr) (fr/nl)

Our client, one of the leading banks in Belgium, is looking for 2 Senior Business Analysts/Project Managers.

This is a combination position, where it consists out of a mix of business analysis, solution architecture and project leading skills.

All above mentioned skills must be present in consultant CVs that will be presented.

They are looking for someone who will work between business and IT, taking the requirements from the business and translating it into high level system architecture requirements (impact analysis, feature analysis, etc). After taking the analysis and architecture tasks, they will hand it over to the scrum teams at the client who will then take the project in hands. At that point, the senior business analyst will commence their project leading tasks, which will consist out of stakeholder management, making estimates on resource allocation, time allocation, budget allocation, as well as organising meetings and bringing people together.

• Must haves: recent (in the past 5 years) experience in Banking/Financial Services sector, ideally within Payments domain (Instant Payments, SWIFT,…)
• Languages: Dutch and French (either C2 Dutch with B1-B2 French OR C2 French with B1-B2 Dutch) and solid English
• Onsite policy: 2 days per week working onsite in Brussels, 3 days per week remote working
