YOUR ROLEAs Talent Acquisition Partner, you take an operational role within the Talent Acquisition team. You act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and play a key part in shaping and executing the recruitment strategy across the organization.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of profiles, blue and white collars.
Advising hiring managers throughout the selection and decision-making process.
Taking ownership of key projects such as campus recruitment, student programs, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Translating recruitment trends and data insights into actionable improvements.
YOUR PROFILE
You have relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, and in the construction sector.
You have strong sourcing and selection expertise across various levels and functions.
You work autonomously, proactively, and in a solution-oriented manner.
You are hands-on, with excellent communication and advisory skills.
You are fluent in Dutch and can conduct interviews in French.
