Medical Sales Representative Prescription

Medical Sales Representative Prescription & Biotherapy Product - Belgium

Territory : West-Wallonia (mainly Brussels area)

As Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across Belgium. Your core mission is to achieve the sales budget assigned to your territory by promoting Galderma's full Prescription portfolio to dermatologists, and play a pivotal role in the successful launch of Galderma's new biologic. This must be executed in alignment with current marketing strategies and within the allocated budget.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the customer and potential customer base, the product range, competitive landscape, and supporting clinical evidence. The role also demands strict compliance with the local healthcare system and collaboration with relevant clinical entities and service providers as necessary.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development & Account Management

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving healthcare landscape to identify new business opportunities.

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan and activity plan aligned with sales targets and budget.

  • Ensure regular coverage of HCOs/HCPs, build partnerships with KOLs, and acquire new biological accounts.

  • Monitor sales performance and adapt commercial strategies accordingly.

  • Manage offers, deliver targeted training sessions (physicians..), and provide after-sales support and service.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare developments. Translate insights into actionable sales strategies in consultation with the Head of Sales.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Provide regular reporting to the Head of Sales and actively contribute to sales and cycle meetings.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, finance, and logistics teams to achieve regional objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree. Training in medical/pharmaceutical topics and local pharma regulations.

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in account management, ideally in the dermatological or biological sector.

  • Results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills

  • Influencing and negotiation skills

  • Proven project management capabilities

  • Analytical thinking and organizational skills

  • Collaborative and cross-functional working style

  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Fluent in English and French. Flemish is a plus
