Mid-Level Systems Engineer

You'll work on Windows server environments, virtualization, and identity management, while contributing to security, automation, and documentation. Your Responsibilities

Administer and optimize Windows Servers
Manage user accounts, access rights, and groups in Active Directory and Entra ID
Monitor, maintain, and resolve complex incidents across servers, storage, backups, and networks
Implement and manage virtualized environments (VMware)
Automate administrative tasks via PowerShell scripting
Participate in the configuration and management of M365, Intune, and SCCM
Support implementation of security and compliance policies (GDPR, ISO27001, NIS2)
Draft and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Contribute to infrastructure development and migration projects, acting as a technical coordinator
Propose and implement improvements for performance, scalability, and security

3–5 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure engineering
Strong expertise in Windows Server, VMware, and Active Directory
Hands-on experience with M365, Intune, SCCM, and PowerShell
Familiarity with information security standards and compliance frameworks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Team player with mentoring capabilities and a proactive mindset
