Domain Lead Architect - Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Strategy & Governance

• Define, evolve, and coordinate the technical architecture vision for the infrastructure domain.
• Ensure coherence of all infrastructure solutions and their alignment with business needs and internal standards.
• Lead architecture governance, in collaboration with Solution Architecture, Security, and Operations.
• Establish best practices, promote standardization, and ensure consistent architectural decisions across projects.

Project Support & Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance, validation, and oversight throughout the lifecycle of strategic and critical projects.
• Promote resilience, high availability, and performance, integrating ISO 27001 requirements into architecture and design.
• Document architectures (HLD/LLD) and ensure knowledge transfer to operational teams.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of architects and technical experts.
• Foster collaboration, expertise sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of technical excellence and architectural maturity.

• Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMware
• Backup & DR: Veeam
• Databases: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server
• Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux
• Infrastructure: Compute, storage, network
• Cloud: Hybrid architecture with Azure components
• Automation / IaC: Terraform, Ansible
• Compliance: ISO 27001

Technical Expertise

• Extensive experience in infrastructure and systems architecture within complex environments (on-premise + cloud).
• Mastery of virtualization (Hyper-V and/or VMware).
• Strong experience in backup/restore and DR solutions.
• Solid understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and automation (Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong awareness of security, resilience, and compliance (ISO 27001).
• Proven ability to produce high-quality HLD/LLD documentation.
