What will you do?

You are the go-to person for customers seeking smart financial solutions. From their first bank card to
professional advice on loans and insurance, you help clients with the most important money moves in
their lives.
At the postal office, you give advice about the banking products, loans, and non-life insurance of BNP
Paribas Fortis.
You identify commercial opportunities and help new customers get started.
You think along about how we can make our service even better and more efficient.
You work together with your team to achieve targets and grow in your job.
You are active in various bpost offices in your region. This way, you get to know a broad customer base
and your work remains varied

Who are you?

You're a natural at making connections and you think in solutions.
You're commercial and customer-oriented. Helping our customers makes you happy.
Experience is a plus, but your mindset and motivation are much more important We make sure you get the
right training, as long as you show the will to learn.
You have at least a secondary education diploma and are willing to obtain certificates for banking and
insurance mediation (we help you with this). You want to keep learning and growing in the financial
world.

What do we offer?

A gross monthly salary of at least €2.806 (depending on your relevant experience)
A variable salary of 5% based on your results, and a yearly non-recurring bonus based on company
performance
An end-of-year bonus and double holiday pay

A product knowledge allowance of €314 gross per month after obtaining the Law Willems certificates
