SAP Business Coordinator

In Brussels, we have our Structural and Mechatronics Engineering offices, where all our new programs begin and our workshops are equipped with modern

machines that produce complex metallic assemblies for aircraft and space launchers as well as advanced Thrust Vectoring Systems for space launchers.

SABCA Brussels is also the home to our "Unmanned Autonomous Systems" aka: the drones solutions unit

MISSION

The SAP Business Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation, optimization and support of SAP solutions within the organization. He leads and assists key users in the follow-up of the business requests in SAP and engages with the external SAP project manager to guarantee a seamless progression of those requests within the system. He also controls the users' access in the system and organize the training materials for end-users. Additionally, the SAP Business Coordinator plays the role of key user in one SAP module (FI/CO, MM, PP, eWM, QM, PM, ...).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE


• Collaborate with key users from the business and the technical team to gather and analyze business requirements to translate them in SAP solutions


• Monitor and follow-up all business requests jointly with key users. Review and support key users in those tasks.


• Oversee access requests and establish a framework for managing roles and access


• Lead improvement projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives


• Organize a shared platform and engage key users to provide training materials for end-users


• Coordinate any major changes including test phases that end users should perform in the SAP quality environment before transporting this production


• SAP coordinator will also be the key user for at least one of the SAP modules


• SAP coordinator should be familiar with several SAP concepts:


• Transport management


• SAP S4Hana Data model


• Keep core clean : SAP Business Technology Platform


• SAP analytics: CDS view Composite CDS views, Firori Analytics versus SAC


• SAP Cloud Integration

The employee will be responsible for :


• Ensuring compliance with the EN9100 quality standards and the ISO 14001 environmental standard.


• Transferring skills and knowledge to new team members to foster an environment of continuous learning and mutual support.

• Travel requirements: potentially 10% to other sites of Sabca

PROFILE

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL OR FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES


• Graduate degree from Engineering (Business), Computer Science, Economics


• Several years of experience in SAP implementation and support


• Proven experience in leading SAP projects and teams


• Proficiency in SAP modules (PP, (E)WM, MM, SD, QM…)


• Fluent in Dutch, French and English

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges
