We are looking for an ambitious, NL/FR/ENG speaking and self-driven Digital Marketeer for our office in Zaventem who, together with us, will build the consulting of tomorrow. 

Are you fascinated by online campaigns, websites and social media and do you have experience in both creative and operational execution? Then just keep on reading, because you might be the Digital Marketeer we are looking for 

Your role and responsibilities

You will ensure flawless execution of the campaigns assigned to you.  

In more sentences?  
You will … 

  • further develop and professionalise our email and digital campaigns, for both clients and recruitment marketing to attract new talent,
  • ensure to receive a clear briefing of your stakeholders to set up a successful campaign (objectives, messaging, target group, approved budget, … ),
  • be responsible for the flawless execution and follow up of our online campaigns.
  • monitor the deadlines, adjust and optimise the campaigns when necessary and keep everything updated in our reporting and dashboards. Today we use Odoo, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, in the future we would opt for change,
  • align campaigns with landing pages and increase conversion via A/B-testing,
  • keep our (career) website up to date and keep it alive and kicking with snackable content,
  • create short authentic videos that explain our business and corporate culture
  • build empathic, efficient, and sustainable relationships with your various stakeholders (internal clients, suppliers, and your team),
  • monitor developments and trends within marketing and exchange this knowledge with your team

 Your profile 

For sure we are looking for someone who brings our Marketing & Communications team to a higher level. First of all, you have crazy vibes and a great dose of humour. You will do serious business in a less serious team. 

  • You have a large dose of motivation and a lot of zeal.
  • You are the person to beat in brainstorm sessions.You can demonstrate 2 – 3 years of experience in online marketing and managing digital campaigns.
  • You can quickly find your way through the Adobe software package.
  • You are an acrobat and juggle with terms such as SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business, Tag Manager, … and conjures up our online visibility in no time.
  • You are a born content planner and are "the overview gatekeeper". You coordinate our communication plans flawlessly and transparently with your responsible and stakeholders.
  • You are driven by data: you substantiate your decisions with data and insights and are always thinking about how to improve things.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch or French. Are you trilingual, then we are totally fond of you. 
  • When we say communication, we not only mean your language skills, we think and act in a professional, respectful, integer and structured way with everyone we do business. Without the drama, but with trust.
  • You can work independently after you are totally up and running but understand why there is no I in TEAM.
  • You are an organisational talent and respect deadlines. The pro in pro-active is your trademark.
  • You are accurate and stress resistant. We do sometimes the Woooosaaaaah thing, it helps. 
  • And lastly you have design and video skills, but don't need to be a Picasso nor a Quentin Tarantino.
