Looking for a unique experience at the heart of retail and fashion? The Trade Marketing department of Etam Belux welcomes you for a rewarding and educational internship
Campaign Coordination: You will ensure the dissemination of information for our seasonal operations (Sales, Valentine's Day, Wedding Month) and guarantee the availability of marketing materials in each store, strictly respecting the Etam brand identity.
Creation of Visual and Merchandising Materials: In collaboration with the team, you will contribute to the creation and optimization of our POSM (Point of Sale Materials), adapting global guidelines to local specifics. Your ideas will be welcome to modernize and energize sales spaces
Store Relations: You will be in direct contact with our store teams, attentive to their daily needs to better adapt local marketing actions and strengthen their impact. You will assist them in setting up in-store merchandising, providing advice and support to align the customer experience with Etam standards.
Customer Relations and Field Feedback: Listening to our customers is crucial for us. You will collect their feedback and contribute to adjusting our strategies, ensuring a direct link between their expectations and our marketing actions.

We are looking for motivated and rigorous students, ready to commit to a comprehensive and educational internship. The following skills and qualities are essential for this position:
Studies: Currently enrolled in marketing, management, or supply chain studies
Languages: Bilingual FR/NL to facilitate communication with our teams and customers
Organization and Precision: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with reactivity and method
Passion for Fashion: Enthusiastic about retail and fashion, understanding the importance of details in a successful customer experience
Proactivity and Creativity: Willingness to propose new ideas and solutions
Flexibility: Comfortable with flexible hours during events or photo shoots
