Experience Center Specialist



Opportunity

As an Experience Center Specialist at ILIAS Solutions, you will be at the heart of how we engage both internal and external stakeholders. Based at our Experience Center at ILIAS Headquarters in Diegem, you'll be responsible for crafting immersive experiences for visitors primarily from defense organizations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful engagement for our visitors.
This role is ideal for someone with a defense background, bringing operational insight and authenticity to scenario creation and stakeholder engagement. Finally, the incumbent will & must be a strategic thinker who naturally breaks down challenges into actionable projects.
Your mission
  • Defense-Focused Engagement: Deliver immersive experiences tailored to defense stakeholders, showcasing ILIAS capabilities in realistic operational contexts.
  • Defense Scenario Creation: Design and maintain mission-relevant defense scenarios using Xperify tooling to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
  • Experience Center Maintenance: Ensure the Experience Center remains up-to-date, functional, and aligned with strategic messaging.
  • Hosting & Support: Organize and host visits, workshops, and onboarding sessions for defense visitors and new colleagues.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather insights from visitors to continuously improve the Experience Center's relevance and impact.

Your capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in customer service & event planning.
  • Ability to create a welcoming and engaging environment for diverse audiences.
  • Skilled in storytelling, scenario design, and digital communication tools.
  • Comfortable working with leadership to align messaging with strategic goals.
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for connecting people and ideas.
  • Defense background or experience in military operations/logistics is a strong asset.
