Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Process Engineer who is collaborative, solution-oriented, and detail-driven to join our Process Engineering team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.
About the role
You will be at the heart of clinical manufacturing, supporting the transfer, scale-up, and execution of biologics and rAAV processes. You're going to help shape how UCB brings biotech innovations to life—efficiently, compliantly, and at scale.
Who you will work with
You will collaborate closely with process development, manufacturing teams and quality assurance to ensure seamless tech transfer (facility-fit, scale-up, mass balance and process documentation). In addition you will collaborate with global engineering and qualification to define user requirements for new equipment and/or single-use assemblies. You will also interact with regulatory, and authorities during audits.
