We're looking for a Dutch Marketing Manager to join one of our clients' teams.
NB: Only permanent employee contract
What are your responsibilities?
- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and budget.
- Lead online campaigns (Google Ads, Meta), marketing automation, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate content strategies (blogs, email campaigns, newsletters).
- Manage website updates, UX improvements, and app optimisations.
- Oversee offline marketing materials, vehicle branding, and supplier management.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Sales, IT, and Training teams for cross-functional initiatives.
- Establish PR strategies, media partnerships, and internal communication alignment.
What are your qualifications?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a broad marketing role (online + offline).
- Proven experience with marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, email platforms).
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
- Creative, proactive, and hands-on working style.
- Excellent communication in Dutch; knowledge of French and English is a plus.
- Experience working with external agencies and partners.
