About the Role

As an IT Business Analyst, you'll be a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams. You'll evaluate business systems, model requirements, and define scope and objectives to drive impactful outcomes. Your insights will help shape the future of Cochlear's software products, ensuring they meet the needs of users across Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Customer Service functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve business processes, collaborating with delivery teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Model and define requirements using industry-standard tools and techniques.
  • Contribute to business cases by articulating cost, budget, and integration needs.
  • Align initiatives with persistent story maps and participate in prioritization events.
  • Champion long-lived design documentation and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate solution design and document product features with a focus on usability and consistency.
  • Support delivery and product support activities, including internal clinical trials.
