Your Role at a Glance

As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will learn to work all-round within the Food & Beverage department.

  • You are (partly) responsible for providing a wonderful experience for every hotel guest.
  • After a training period, you will work independently in one or more of our Food & Beverage departments.
  • You will help in the service and keep close contact with our guests
  • you will prepare the restaurants and/or meeting rooms for the arrival of guests.
  • You will also maintain close contact with other departments, for example, with the kitchen, with stewarding, and with the front office.
  • Furthermore, with your refreshing eye for detail, you are always looking for improvements.
  • Support in handling guest feedback and complaints, aiming for quick and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Learn and practice upselling techniques, promoting menu items and special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Contribute to a positive team spirit, helping create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
