Electrical-Instrumentation and Automation Supervisor

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Electrical-Automation and Instrumentation Supervisor in our Energy team.

As an Electrical-Automation and Instrumentation Supervisor at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Your responsabilities:

• Supervise and organize EIA works on site, support planning, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Enforce HSE requirements: inspections, LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), work permits, toolbox meetings, and HSE reporting.
• Follow up subcontractors: progress, workforce, costs, inventories, and kick-off meetings.
• Ensure quality control: inspections per ITP, ATEX audits, third-party certifications, NCR and punch list management.
• Maintain documentation and daily reporting (logbook, as-built updates, progress reports)

Your profile:

• You have a Master Degree in electrical or automation engineering,
• You have knowledge on main electrical components (33kV transformer, motors, drives, MCC, automation, sensors,…)
• You have experience with site management and HSE,
• You have effective communication skills,
• You are used to dealing with suppliers / customers,
• You are fluent in French, and in English.
