Job Description

Sia is looking for a motivated student to support our HR and Office Management activities in Brussels, Boulevard de Waterloo 16.

You will work closely with the HR Manager, HR and Talent Acquisition Officers, the Sia management team, and the consultants, of course, on daily operations and transversal projects, gaining hands‑on experience in office management, HR administration, recruitment & onboarding support, fleet management, and internal communication.

Main tasks:

Office Management & Facilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and visitors at the office (reception, basic information, orientation)
  • Support the day‑to‑day office operations: supplies, badges, mail, deliveries, meeting rooms
  • Support the fleet management (mainly laptops and phones)
  • Assist in the coordination with external suppliers (cleaning, maintenance, IT equipment, catering, etc.)
  • Participate in small internal events logistics (breakfasts, afterworks, celebrations)
  • Help ensure that the office environment is welcoming and well‑organized
  • Contribute to internal communication
  • Perform other ad‑hoc tasks to support the HR and Office Management team

HR Administration & Support

  • Assist with the preparation, filing and updating of employee records and HR documents (contracts, annexes, certificates, etc.)
  • Help maintain and update HR databases and HRIS tools (personal data, absences, holidays, etc.)
  • Support the preparation of documents for payroll 
  • Support data entry and consolidation in Excel or other tools

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Publish job ads on various platforms and manage applications (screening CVs, updating tracking files)
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepare onboarding documents and welcome packs for new hires and interns
  • Help organize onboarding sessions and support new employees during their first days

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in:
    • Human Resources Management, (Organizational) Psychology, Social Sciences
    • Office Management, Management Assistant, Business Administration
    • Or another relevant field
  • Eligible for a student contract in Belgium / internship through University and be available part-time (tbd) for a period of 3 to 6 months starting January 2026
  • Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English. 
  • Based in or near Brussels
  • Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
  • Strong interest in HR
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Autonomous, dynamic, and committed
  • Attention to detail and reliability in handling confidential information
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, hands‑on, willing to learn and take initiative
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment
