Brief Call
: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you

Interviews
(the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

Case study
: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
We are looking for a Trilingual Functional Analyst (Medior level) to strengthen our teams in Brussels. In this role, you will collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, design functional specifications, and support the implementation of innovative IT solutions. Your ability to communicate fluently in English, French, and Dutch will enable you to bridge different teams and ensure smooth project delivery in a multicultural environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis between business processes and IT solutions.
  • Support development teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in testing phases (functional testing, UAT) and support go-live activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and provide training or workshops to end users if required.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring efficient communication in three languages.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of functional analysis methods, process modeling, and documentation.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written).
