We are looking for someone to strengthen our dynamic team within our Dry Mortar division, based at our location in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. As Site Industrial Operations Manager, you will play a key role in achieving our goals in sustainability and innovation, while leveraging your expertise to realize ambitious projects. Job Description:

As Site Industrial Operations Manager, you are responsible for the daily management of Holcim's production or delivery site in Sint-Peters-Leeuw. You ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of the site, while respecting environmental standards and operational objectives.

Your role:

• Leading and coordinating all operational activities on site
• Overseeing safety, health, and environment (HSE) – safety is your absolute priority
• Optimizing production processes and resource allocation
• Directing and motivating the local team (workers, technicians, logistics, etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards (ISO, CE, internal standards)
• Reporting operational performance (KPIs) to the Area Manager
• Managing stock levels, raw materials, and maintenance of installations
• First point of contact for local customers, suppliers, or inspection services
• Assisting with investment projects or improvement initiatives

Your profile:

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent through experience (preferably in a technical or industrial field)
• At least 8 years of experience in an operational or managerial role within industry, construction, or logistics
• Knowledge of production or dispatch processes is a plus (e.g., concrete plants, aggregates, cement)
• Strong affinity for safety and environmental care
• Leadership skills, problem-solving mindset, resilience under stress
• Good command of Dutch, French, and English
• Proficient with MS Office and/or industrial ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
