Contract Recruiter


Optimize Partners is a US based staffing agency for technology focused companies. We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter in Belgium to support Go-to-Market (GTM) Sales and Software Engineering hiring for our client, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the data management space. Preferred candidates should have experience recruiting at start-ups and/or enterprise organizations, preferably within cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, or B2B Software-as-a-Service. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams to identify, engage, and hire top-tier enterprise sales and technical talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a 6-month contract assignment, working from home 3-4 days per week, and in the Brussels office 1- 2 days a week; however, there is potential for the contract to be extended or to be converted into a full-time salaried position. Laptop (Mac or Windows), and access to recruitment tools will be provided. 

Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM sales and technical roles that are based in Europe, including software engineering, machine learning, and data science, enterprise account executives and sales operations jobs. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) sales and/or technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth tech environments.
  • Proven success recruiting for software engineering and GTM sales jobs. 
  • Strong understanding of skill sets, job functions, and industry trends.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
