Senior PMO Consultant

We are looking for a Senior PMO Consultant who thrives in complex project environments and enjoys guiding project teams toward structure, clarity and reliable delivery. In this role, you ensure that project managers and technical experts operate with consistent standards and well-defined processes. You introduce structure, methodology and transparency around key decisions, risks and progress, enabling teams to focus on what they do best.

As a PMO Consultant, you bring governance, coherence and predictability to demanding projects. You help design and maintain a solid project governance framework, making sure teams follow clear procedures, reporting lines and ways of working. You collaborate closely with project managers on planning, scheduling and daily coordination, while keeping an overarching view of progress, risks, decisions and milestones.

An important part of this role is to coach project managers and team members in PMO methodologies, tools and best practices. By refining templates, methods and PMO tooling, you continuously raise delivery standards and reinforce project performance across the organisation.

Who are we looking for?

• Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus

• You have years of experience in PMO and/or project management

• Proven experience in customer-facing project environments

• You possess strong soft skills such as stakeholder management, communication skills and can adapt to various client working environments

• Ability to coach project managers and guide them through structured project delivery

• You are willing to work from our clients' sites

• You don't think in boxes but think along with the client and are willing to adapt your work when needed
