The four key product lines of Axway are:

1. Amplify API Management, covering full life cycle API Management

2. B2B, covering classic EDI patterns as well as state of the art B2B protocols like AS4

3. Managed File transfer to exchange (large) files inside the organization as well as with B2B partners in a secure & reliable way

4. Axway Financial Accounting Hub, the specific integration platform to exchange data between core ERP systems and financial systems

Axway is looking for a customer facing Pre-Sales Consultant/Solution Architect who is motivated to help drive new business, evangelize our technology, onboard and train new customers and establish revenue potential with existing customers. Ideally, this candidate will demonstrate a high level of technical expertise on integration platforms (file or message oriented, internal or B2B). 



Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities:

· Collaboration with Axway sales teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions

· Deliver solution workshops, product demonstrations, technical education, and Proof of Concepts

· Deliver technical content for RFI/RFPs

· Support technical escalations, designing solutions; and answer technical questions throughout the sales process in order to progress/close sales cycles and develop customer relationships

· Maintain an understanding of the client's industry, including industry trends, industry business processes

· The candidate we are looking for has passion for integration platforms (such as APIs, Microservices, B2B and File Transfer governance)

· Finally, a key topic is passion for cloud & hybrid deployment models including supporting technologies like automatic deployment, testing, etc.



Qualifications

Qualifications :

Proven relationship and organizational skills and the ability to effectively work with multiple organizations

· Ability to understand business problems, articulate a corresponding solution based on Axway software, build a value proposition, and establish a compelling reason to act

· Ability to communicate effectively and accurately, both written and verbally

· Ability to confidently lead a discussion with a group of Product Managers, Engineers, and Executives

· Solid understanding of cloud computing trends

· Understanding of competitive technologies and their place in the market

· "Better together" mentality and a sense of urgency.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

· The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as Software Engineer, Pre-Sales or Technical Consultant, preferably at Enterprise Integration Software companies

· Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

· Experience working with integration platforms

· Java, JavaScript, or scripting skills are highly desirable

· Experience with Docker, containers and cloud providers like AWS, Azure and/or GCP

· Hands on familiarity with message queues, synchronous and asynchronous communications, events and transaction protocols and enterprise Security standards (oAuth, SAML, LDAP, SSO)

· Experience of Software Developer Life Cycle, CI/CD pipelines is a plus

· Consulting experience in guiding customers in their B2B software journeys

· Strong communication & consulting skills

· Fluent in English is mandatory, fluent in French is a big plus, fluent in either German or Dutch is a nice to have

This position is open for working in one of our offices in the Benelux Nordics DACH region (Rotterdam, Brussels, Stockholm, Berlin, Frankfurt and Stuttgart) as well as for work from home.
