Legal & Real Estate Contract Officer


Our client is a fast-growing services provider managing a large national real estate network and is hiring a Legal & Real Estate Contract Officer.

Your duties and responsibilities

You will be the go-to person for all matters related to lease contracts, real estate administration, and landlord coordination. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and monitoring a large portfolio of rented locations across Belgium.
  • Ensuring proper execution, signature, and archiving of all lease agreements and associated legal documents.
  • Keeping all contract data up-to-date in the internal database and ensuring documentation quality.
  • Acting as the primary contact point for landlords, handling questions via phone and email.
  • Coordinating the administrative workflow related to new sites, agreements, renewals and terminations.
  • Supporting senior management with contractual and real estate processes.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy, organisation and administrative rigor.


Ideal profile?

  • Experience: 3+ years in legal administration, lease management, real estate operations or contract management. Bachelor's in law/economics appreciated.
  • Languages: Dutch & French required; good command of English for internal communication.
  • Qualifications: Strong administrative precision, excellent communication, ability to manage several legal/real estate topics simultaneously.
